Mark the envelope: “Corruption report”A report should contain facts that can be verified. You do not need to conduct your own investigation or put yourself at risk to collect additional evidence.
The person’s name, position or department, if known.
Describe the circumstances, place, time and sequence of events.
Identify any known documents, witnesses or other information that can be checked.
Contact details may help clarify the information, but a report may be anonymous.
