Report corruption in the Free Legal Aid system
If you are aware of corruption or a corruption-related offence, report it through an official channel. You may provide your contact details or report anonymously.

Where to submit a report
Personal staff addresses are not used. Reports are received through permanent institutional channels.
Whistleblower channel
A separate channel for employees who became aware of the information through their work in the Free Legal Aid system.

Prepare your report
What to include
A report should contain facts that can be verified. You do not need to conduct your own investigation or put yourself at risk to collect additional evidence.

The person’s name, position or department, if known.
- 02What happened
Describe the circumstances, place, time and sequence of events.
- 03What supports the information
Identify any known documents, witnesses or other information that can be checked.
- 04How to contact you
Contact details may help clarify the information, but a report may be anonymous.
