To obtain public information held by the Coordination Centre for Legal Aid Provision, submit an information request. A request is different from an application for legal aid or a complaint.
What to include
- your name, or the full name of the requesting organisation;
- a postal or email address for the response;
- a clear description of the information or document you need;
- a signature and date only for a paper request.

Paper form
Response time
Normally, a response is provided within five working days after the request is received. For a large volume of information, the period may be extended to 20 working days; you will be notified within the first five working days.
Fees
Information is provided free of charge. If more than ten pages of paper copies are required, the requester may be asked to reimburse the actual copying or printing cost. Information about the requester, requests involving up to ten pages, and information of public interest are provided without a copying fee.
If you disagree with the response
You may challenge an unjustified refusal, delay, incomplete or inaccurate information, or an unlawful payment demand before the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights, or a court.
Requests are processed under the Law of Ukraine “On Access to Public Information”.
